so would that mean that unless you were a pve char that had the -50 offhand you couldnt make this build?

i pretty much only play PvP cept for my level 10 R/E in piken but i would like to try this build out as i have heard many pros and cons about it.

55 Monks are silly anywhere outside of a solo tank build. In PvP you'd get squashed. In PvE, every PvE character can get the -50 offhand, so there's no problem there. If you're wondering where to get it, the stickies in the Tyrian Explorers' League has links for it and just about anything else.

lol in pvp you would get owned, i was gvging with my guild, and the other guild had a necro and it used vampiric gazed. *pow* i was on the ground begging for mecry.
